1. Who we are

This website (atomyhealth.com) is operated by the independent Atomy distributor operating atomyhealth.com (“we”, “us”). We are an independent, authorized Atomy distributor. This is not the official Atomy corporate website. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@atomyhealth.com.

2. What data we collect

• Information you give us: when you submit a registration or contact form, we collect your name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number, plus the country and product interest you select.
• Content you provide to our tools: messages you send to the AI Advisor, and photos you upload for the AI Skin Analysis. Photos are processed only to generate your result and are not used to identify you or sold to anyone.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and usage data via cookies and analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To contact you (via WhatsApp or email) to help you register or answer questions.
• To provide the AI Advisor, Skin Analysis, and product recommendation features.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Legal basis (GDPR): we process your contact details based on your consent (given via the form checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this site. They act as processors on our behalf:

• Hosting & analytics (e.g. Vercel, Google Analytics)
• Workflow / lead handling and messaging tools we use internally to follow up with you
• Email delivery providers
• AI processing providers used to generate advisor and skin-analysis results

We do not sell your personal data. When you choose a country and proceed, you may be redirected to Atomy’s official registration site, which has its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We keep your contact data only as long as needed to assist you and for legitimate business/legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (GDPR in the EU/UK, KVKK in Türkiye, and similar laws elsewhere), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email privacy@atomyhealth.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
